From the moment I received a phone call from Tony to inform me he felt he had the right car for me, understanding what I needed, to then walking into the dealership where everyone was so inviting and pleasant and friendly, to then viewing my car and to then receiving the call to tell me my new car is ready, has been perfect, l've been so happy with the whole experience! Gareth the manager and the other team members were just so welcoming and understanding of my traumatised state from how l'd been treated previously. Honestly they were so assuring, took time to listen and really did look after me. I will never go anywhere else! I'm truly grateful to them for finding me a car that suits my needs and lifestyle that was also affordable and I even get to keep the rubber ducks on the bonnet of my rubber duck yellow VW! Really happy with the service received, we've been with VW for the last 6+ years and won't be changing anytime soon. Needed an upgrade due to expanding family and Jack H-O helped us get the exact car we were looking for, and we even ended up paying slightly less than we did for the previous one. Highly recommended
