The only person who genuinely seemed to care was the person on reception when I came into the dealership to get it serviced.
I had to be very direct in all my conversations to get a resolution for a fault that wasnât my fault in the first place. All promises from the garage have been broken eg I still donât have a copy of my invoice that I asked for twice and was told âwell send it overâ.
The relationship with central Volkswagen is awful and I, as the customer, had to call between companies to get this resolved.
If I could choose I would give the car back or at a minimum not use this garage in the future.
Staff are friendly and know what they are talking about, nothing was too much trouble.
