Bad experience with this dealership they made a 30k miles error on my service history,I put it down to human error, they don’t answer the phone ,all day to speak to someone,they said they would put it right,got a corrected paper copy in the post as requested,so I moved on to Audi in middle of a deal ,when go a call to say my service history shows almost 72,000 miles instead of 44,675 miles ,on the phone to them again,but nobody answers any department except the spares who said they would pass on my number and get someone to ring me .the miles show on the site all dealerships use BMS ,

⭐ 1/5 Really poor experience with Volkswagen Bolton, made worse by the fact I’ve been a customer here for around 10 years. I called looking to discuss my next car and was promised a call back. It never came. I then went into the dealership in person, explained that nobody had called me back and again asked for someone to contact me. Still nothing. I’ve since chased Volkswagen separately and, remarkably, I’m still no further forward. The recall visit wasn’t much better. The check-in involves a ridiculously long tick-box process covering all sorts of options. Of everything presented, I selected just two: wash the car and hoover it. Neither was done. So they have a lengthy process for recording exactly what the customer wants, but apparently no process for actually delivering it. I’m genuinely struggling to understand how a main Volkswagen dealership can make the basics this difficult. Returning a phone call, following up an in-person enquiry and completing the two simple items a customer specifically requested during a recall visit shouldn’t be a challenge. After around a decade of using this dealership, I’m now actively looking at taking my business elsewhere. One star, because Google doesn’t offer zero.

I recently purchased a brand new VW Polo and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience. From start to finish, Lee, Charlotte and Nathan were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made the whole process completely stress-free and smooth, and I always felt well looked after and informed throughout. Collection day was especially memorable. There were lots of small touch points and thoughtful gestures that they absolutely didn’t have to do, but they made the day feel extra special and exciting. It really showed the level of care and attention they put into their customers’ experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
