I booked for a replacement of the arm bush as advised in the last ‘service feedback’, on Thursday April 9, 2026. I brought my car in, and expected to be informed for collection later in the day. However, did not receive one. I tried calling around 4:00 pm, for a couple of times, but no answer. My husband tried too and the result was the same - no answer. We then went the following day to pick the vehicle after 1:00 pm. We were told by Samuel that the car had been recalled for the airbag and that’s why the car had to be kept overnight. He assured us that everything was fine. I regret to say that I had the worse experience ever - driving the car after that. I was sick on three occasions and dreaded driving it to work. An appointment was booked for Tuesday, May 26th, 2026(which was a big mess too) to look into the concerns I had. Namely: rough driving experience, whistling sound, steering wheel not cooperating on high speed.
To my surprise, I was told by Kevin that the parts ordered for the airbag recall had arrived and that job would be done. But the concerns I had, were not addressed. In fact, I was told that the arm bush on the other side needed attention and that was the reason for the bumpy drive. I am not impressed by this explanation.
Now, I need to know why:
* My car was kept overnight without my consent.
* I was told that everything was fine and not informed that the parts were ordered and I needed to bring the car in another day, to fix.
* I never had such experience before the arm bush was replaced but the rough ride is now attributed to the arm bush of the other side.
I hope my concerns will be addressed.

I was told on the phone that it will take 1 hour for the car to be serviced if I waited but I was there from 10:15 - 12:50. The advisor came to me and said the car has been serviced around 12:30 and that they will now take it for a car wash and valet I said ok as Iv been waiting a while anyway. It came back with just the front footwell wet but the rest was exactly the same and not valeted at all or washed. I feel an honest timeframe should be given so then customers can plan their day accordingly.
