Car left at 9.30 expected to be ready by 3pm. Rang twice for update after 3 no response.Arrived at VW by bus at 4.15. Car not ready. Sam showed no concern or urgency too busy eating his crisps! Left with car at 4.45.

When I made the reservation for 10.30am I was told my car would ready at 12.00. I dropped the cat off at 9.45, am
Nd when I returned to collect it at that time I was told they had started the service at 10.45 and it as is was a major service would take 2.5 hours. I explained I had to leave before 2pm as I had another appointment. The MOT was was started until after 1pm and I felt the time had to wait at the dealership was excessive. I was then given my keys and did not receive any paperwork for the service or MOT, so am sure if the MOT centre ahead any concerns. I am still waiting for the report I have asked for.

Did not receive any phonecalls to let me know if my car was ready for collection despite ringing twice late afternoon and promised a call back. I decided to just go anyway at 5 pm and was told it would be 5 mins. Also only received the vehicle health check video 3 days later.

Everything was good until you try to get in touch with someone 5 times I rang and was told off the receptionist I'll email the service department and someone will call you and nobody called you asked if I wanted my vehicle cleaned and it wasn't cleaned when I picked it up in fact it was dirtier as it was full of bird droppings because it was parked under a tree. And now my car has started to cut out randomly which it didn't do before.

Disappointed that I had to ring up to check if my car was ready given that I had stated I would like to collect by 4pm as I had an appointment.
Also I didn’t receive the Vehicle Health Check Video until 24 hours after I had collected my car!

Booked a Loan car during my service 3-4 months in advance. Dropped my car off didn't receive a loan car. My car was with the service team for 3 days. I had to physically go to the show room to get an update after missing a call. I tried to call back but there was no response. Poor customer service.
