Visited today 8th October. Travelled from Preston for a specific model of VW. After a little wander round, we noticed 3 members of staff and enquired about it. The youngest male in the group gave a definite "NO ". Not the answer I was expecting. No help or advice given. In my book , just plain rude. Will definitely not be back. Potentially £20.000 pound sale LOST.

I booked my car in for service and break service ‘while you wait’ and was advised. In booking it would be approximately 2 hours. After 3 and a half hours, I enquired how long it was likely to be - 15 mins. After half an hour it was ready and I declined the clean and vac. In leaving the garage, brakes seemed different but attributed it to the service. On my commute the day after, the brakes lost efficacy to the point where the car was not safe to drive. RAC came out and discovered spanner still attached to brake fluid valve. Complaint raised with Group 1 a week ago , no acknowledgement, follow up or contact whatsoever. Am disappointed at the lack of customer service and angry at the lack of quality assurance by the service department for endangering me. I will be pursuing further via VW and ombudsman.

Disgusting experience had left me car for gearbox changing been 10 days now nothing came back trying to call them and nobody comes back to you unless they pick up your call they will say service department would come back to you soon and never come back to you shouldn't prefer them

I purchased a car with David Morris, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was really keen to find me the best deal, and he arranged for the car to be available within a week of my appointment. Would definitely recommend going to David to anyone looking for a car at VW.

Took my car in for a product safety recall, was told 24 hours to do. 3 days later after kicking off I need my car, finally got it back....... The steering is now off, straightening the wheel makes my car veer off to the left. Took it back after haggling as they claimed there was no issue. Got it back 1 day later (suspicion peaked) and hey ho, it's now worse. Currently making major complaint as they refuse to fix the issue they caused. Check the image of me driving in a straight line. Do not bring your car here, the service is abysmal. If this is a trojan horse to try to get me to pay for something or get a new car. It won't happen. Id give it 0 stars of I could. 1st October Update : Service manager Abbie told me they haven't touched my car and someone else has damaged it !! But then the clanger "if you bring it in, we will look at it and any repairs will COST YOU" Unbelievable service 👍🏻 Now going to head office and the ombudsman. These bar stools are not getting away with this.
