I then had to ring at 3pm to get a progress update on my vehicle, but couldn't get through to the service desk and was informed by reception that someone would call me back. I then received a text saying my car was ready for collection without discussing the significant issues that were raised from the vehicle health check with my car.
It is frustrating that it is not possible to speak to a member of your team when my car was on site, and that the check in process appears to be pointless and is completely ignored. This is not the first time I have encountered this but also on my previous visit to this garage and Group 1 service centres, hence my frustration and this feedback, which no doubt, like the signing in process will be ignored.

I was contacted with 30 mins to closing to say it was ready so it was very tricky to get there in time. I was told that my car was ‘over on the right’ no bay number or any other help was given to find my car in amongst the huge numbers of cars. It took some time to find it and I when I did I was blocked in by another. There are definitely things that could be done to help people and make it a better experience.
