I recently got my new car at the VW Bridgewater Way showroom and I honestly cannot thank Syed enough! I’m probably one of the most indecisive, picky (and sometimes annoying!) customers you could ever deal with, but somehow he always manages to help me make the right decision. I got my very first car, a Polo, back in 2019 and Syed guided me through everything. Then in 2022 when it was time for my second car, he was there again making the whole process smooth and stress free. Just a few days ago, I picked up my brand new 25 plate Tiguan and of course, Syed was the one who helped me once again. He makes the whole process so smooth and easy and less headache and as someone who hates the whole agreements and signing situation, he made the whole process easy! Because of how brilliant, patient, and professional he is, I’ve never even thought about going to another showroom. As long as Syed is at VW, I’ll always be a loyal customer. I absolutely love my new Tiguan and couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you, Syed, you’re the best! R&T

I dropped my car off for service and MOT first thing in the morning for the work to be done that day however I heard absolutely nothing all day, usually I get a video / email etc, so I rang at the end of the day and everyone had gone home. I was told I'd get a call first thing which I did saying someone would contact me an hour later. By now I really needed to collect the car and baring in mind this is a day late. However I never got that phone call, I rang over and over (7 or 8 times) without anyone answering. This is now 11:30 the next day. I tried sales and they transferred me - no one answered again. I tried sales again and said what had happened and they said they would put as urgent. I suddenly got a text to say the car was ready for collection. However nothing about whether it had passed the MOT, what work was done or what was needed and I still couldn't get hold of anyone. I had asked for the wipers to be changed also, no idea if it happened. However I really needed the car now - so I went to the garage to collect and speak to someone. I am already late to set off to see family. It turns out the wipers hadn't been done but you did do a pollen / filter check for £50 without my request and when it was already done last year, also without my request. You also quoted me £450 for further work for a £38 part. Luckily it had passed the MOT. Wipers weren't done. I checked if it had at least been cleaned and she said it had but as usual... it hadn't. Terrible terrible service from start to finish and I won't be taking it back for further work after being a loyal customer since buying the Tiguan.
