⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Jane at Group 1 Volkswagen Romford for providing such wonderful customer service to my wife and me. Sarah Jane was extremely kind, friendly, patient and professional. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure we understood every detail. She made us feel welcome, comfortable and valued as customers. We really appreciate the care, respect and attention she gave us. It was lovely to meet someone so helpful and genuine. Sarah Jane is a real credit to the Volkswagen team, and we are very happy with the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Sarah Jane, for making our experience so positive and stress-free. Absolutely amazing experience. I can’t thank the team enough. From the warm welcome and attentiveness from the receptionist when we came in to Alan and Daniel’s help to purchase my car. I really wanted the ascot grey colour polo which was the spec I wanted and within my budget. Alan was the person who picked up my enquiry, and man oh man I can’t compliment him enough. He gave us a really nice viewing and drive of the car explained the different options listened and accommodated our needs. Then Daniel a manager I believe came out to talk to us through the payment options and was great in doing so. Both were absolutely fantastic and the customer service was through the roof. ⭐ **Extremely disappointing experience with Volkswagen Romford** My experience with Volkswagen Romford has been incredibly disappointing. When I purchased my VW T-Roc, there were already engine warning issues, which should have been taken seriously and properly resolved. On top of this, the vehicle was not transferred into my name for approximately two years, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Buying a car from an established Volkswagen dealership should give you confidence that the vehicle is fit for purpose and that the necessary paperwork will be handled correctly. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience. The fact that these issues arose in the first place, and the time and effort involved in dealing with them, have significantly undermined my trust in the dealership. Although Volkswagen ultimately paid the fine relating to the issue, that does not undo the frustration and inconvenience caused. I expected a much higher standard of service, accountability and professionalism from an authorised Volkswagen dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from VW Romford to carry out their own checks and ensure that all outstanding issues and ownership documentation are properly resolved before proceeding. A very disappointing experience that has left me with little confidence in the dealership.
