Booked my car for service and a free heath check. I was sent a video of what needs to attended an advisory. But no mention of things that were wrong. And when I pointed out to the Lady at the service desk I was asked to book the car in again. Do I call it a joke. Monopoly?

I took my car here for a recall, so I understand the service was done free of charge, but I don't think that means the quality of the service should reflect that price. I was told my car could be there until 5pm at the latest, and it got to 4:55pm so I decided to call. I rang and rang with no answer until I chose the sales department option on the automated call operator, just to be able to speak to someone. They then told me my car was done, fine, and on the way there, about half an hour later, I was called by the guy who dealt with me originally to say the car was done! So not great communication. Also, when I left my car there, I was offered a courtesy car wash, again free, and I thought why not, they offered, but when I got my car back they hadn't done it. I would never ask for a free service, but don't offer it if you aren't going to do it.

Outstanding service given to us by Tim. Every question answered in detail. We were given a very fair trade in value on our old car and therefore placed an order and car collected one week later.
