I completed the online check-in form, in which I noted that I would like the complementary wash and vacuum service. I confirmed this with the service representative when I dropped the keys off. I was therefore disappointed that when I collected the car, neither had been done. Furthermore, one of the advisory comments was that the coolant level was at the minimum level and would require topping up. Surely a service always checks fluid levels and tops up as necessary?!?! What is the point of service if these basics aren't done?

Just purchased an ID3, my first electric car. It was a very positive experience and I love the car. How to operate the vehicle was explained clearly and when I had a query afterwards, it was answered immediately. Will definitely use them again

Booked my car for service and a free heath check. I was sent a video of what needs to attended an advisory. But no mention of things that were wrong. And when I pointed out to the Lady at the service desk I was asked to book the car in again. Do I call it a joke. Monopoly?

I took my car here for a recall, so I understand the service was done free of charge, but I don't think that means the quality of the service should reflect that price. I was told my car could be there until 5pm at the latest, and it got to 4:55pm so I decided to call. I rang and rang with no answer until I chose the sales department option on the automated call operator, just to be able to speak to someone. They then told me my car was done, fine, and on the way there, about half an hour later, I was called by the guy who dealt with me originally to say the car was done! So not great communication. Also, when I left my car there, I was offered a courtesy car wash, again free, and I thought why not, they offered, but when I got my car back they hadn't done it. I would never ask for a free service, but don't offer it if you aren't going to do it.
