Had my Car serviced at VW Stockport recently, and the air conditioning serviced. All was well done and the car returned very clean. Video received from the mechanic involved which was informative. All staff I dealt with by phone, email and in person were very pleasant and efficient. Good place to do business with.

Just purchased a new polo and I can’t thank the sales rep enough, my wife and I loved every moment of it and Ryan was a superb guy, certainly a credit to VW. Thank you Ryan.

Helpful and friendly staff. Bimal was an excellent sales person with plenty of knowledge and he didn't make me feel pressured in to making a purchase. When I did collect my car he helped set everything up with the cars app. Highly recommend.

The service I have received having taken my car for warranty inspection has been nothing but hard work and poor resulting in damage to my car. During the time they had my car around 36 hours they have damaged my alloy (see pictures). When I confronted them about the damage they tried to blame this on a “faulty alloy”. They can’t seem to get their head around the fact they have damaged my wheel and are trying to say the damage is a stone chip which I’m sure anyone reading this will find amusing if you look at the pictures. They looked at the damage report filled in by their technician which showed no damage to the car when dropped off in their “care”. The result of dealing with their customer services is that the service manager has agreed to go 50/50 on the repair. This is absolutely disgusting and quite unbelievable and they are now not replying to my emails. This has resulted in me now having to refer this to the motor ombudsman. In summary from my experience of taking my car for a warranty repair, they haven’t found the fault with the car which is simple solely from description and is required to go back in. They told me it needed oil on the inspection video which I authorised them to top up, they didn’t bother doing this. I asked them to wash the car as they asked me whether I would like this done and this wasn’t completed. The only thing they gave me was a damaged alloy. To top it off it was my 30th birthday and I didn’t receive an apology until I pointed out no one had apologised after an hour and 20 minutes of being there. Absolutely poor experience. BEWARE!

Fabulous service from Emily. Extremely friendly & very knowledgeable in relation to swapping our car. Everything was so easy because of her knowledge & friendliness. The handover day ran smoothly as Emily meticulously took us through everything both digitally & in person. Thanks so much Emily

I collected my car from VW Stockport yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kurt Swindells, and I feel he genuinely deserves to be recognised for the service he provided. From the moment I dealt with him, he was incredibly kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. I’ve been to quite a few dealerships before, and unfortunately, you don’t always receive this level of customer service. Kurt was completely different. He went above and beyond, took the time to explain everything properly and was genuinely lovely to deal with. You could tell he actually cared about making sure I was happy, rather than simply making a sale. Kurt is an absolute credit to VW Stockport and a real asset to the company. I really hope this review reaches the right people because I would hate for the effort and service he gave me to go unnoticed. Employees like Kurt are exactly what makes a customer want to come back. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was genuinely deserved. Thank you so much, Kurt, for all your help and for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience.
