Car was booked in for 08.20am and didn't get back till 13.30 was only in for basic service so I would say around 90 mins tops

POOR COMMUNICATION, to be told at 4.45 your car wont be ready and needs further work, had to make other arrnagements home and to work. Following day again on got the heads up car was ready at 4.45, to late again to collect so had to make my own way home and to work following day.
Had a service inspection yet prior to going in shows a low battery car fob - wasnt picked up or replaced - simple but something you think would be highlighted

Everything OK in February after service. Asked about an intermittent fault where my car doesn't start. Suspect sensor glow plug. Advised to check fault and booked in for March. Dropped car off Monday ready for Tuesday, went to work and waited for call about progress. 3pm came, no call. I had to get bus home and needed to plan. At bus stop called VW asking for an update, promised a call back. Waited and had to choose home. Got home 6pm came. No phone call. Quite upset. Had to teach a class and luckily my wife was home so I can use her car. Next day, got to work, I called and asked for update. Email received. Then I got a service video? But didn't request this. Informed Tuesday had 100+ cars in and very busy. I doubted my car was seen to on Tuesday at all. Last minute checks on Wednesday, informed VW couldn't find the fault. Requested for car to be returned but couldn't. Got the bus to VW, legs hurt and retrieved my car without sensor glow plug changed. Fault still remains. Will explained couldn't claim on warranty due to not extracting code fault from reader to submit to VW claims.

I have been having problems charging my ID3. The first problem was that I couldn’t book my car into the garage for 5 weeks. When I eventually got it booked in I informed you the I thought that the problem was a software update and or a 12v battery problem. I have not had OTA software updates and I was told that you were unable to carry out the update despite having the car on site. Overall completely unsatisfactory outcome, and no report of what if anything was done!

it was fine! Staff was friendly, drop off was easy. They rang me that it was ready to collect, but at that point I didn't have an email through with the assessment outcome, which they did send straight away when I was on the phone to them. Self checkout didn't work, the key wasn't there so had to wait around for someone to give me the key back. The main difference (to the oldham branch) was that the car cleaning inside the car was very poor, outside was fine.
