Came in for my first motability car as I became physically disabled not long ago. Kurt helped me throughout the process, updated me when he could for the delivery of the car. After 5 months it arrived and the handover was so easy. Kurt made this whole experience easy for me explained everything he could. Definitely would recommend seeing Kurt for your needs. Thanks again!

RE Service and MOT
Communication is not very good. I would appreciate a more advance notice about my car being ready for collection than I was given.
I tried multiple times to phone the dealership that afternoon to get a progress update. But no one seems to ever ever answers the phone! After 4 mins it cuts you off. It was past 5pm and I had not had a progress update (despite trying to phone) I decided to book a taxi and collect my car hoping that the service and MOT had taken place. I finally got a phone call at 5:30pm (when I was in the taxi) that I could come and collect my car. The dealership closes at 6pm.(I had dropped my car off at 8:15am that day!)

Received a phone call to say car was ready having been in the dealership for 11 days so went to collect it the following day to be told it wasn’t ready! And a new part had just arrived and was being fitted.

Car was booked in on a Monday morning 9am for a replacement seat mechanism, told it was a three hour job, waited until 3.50pm then i spent 15mins trying to get through to service!! Finally i got to speak to will and he said the car had only just gone into the workshop 5mins before i contacted the service department. And he said the car won’t be ready until the next day!!!! So why book the car in when it was never going to get done. No communication or updates until i called!!! The car still wasn’t ready until 2pm the next day and still that was only because i kept ringing service and told them i needed the car back that day. Shocking service two days for a three/four hour job.

I visited Stockport VW to look into buying a new Tayron, I really wanted a new one but the only availability was one that had been used by one of the staff members which was a 2025 plate and had 4000 miles on.
When I collected the Tayron it was just parked up outside the showroom, as everything was done I went to get into the car but the sun was shining on the windscreen that revealed a huge crack right across the front windscreen, had the sun not been shining on the windscreen I wouldn’t of noticed this as it was close to the bonnet. I asked the lady who had sold me the car “what’s this?” I then began to inspect the vehicle which had a couple of scratches on and the cap over the back windscreen wiper was broke, now after just buying car for over £50k I thought this was unacceptable, the lady reassured me and booked the car on for a windscreen replacement, then told me that I would need to bring the car back to get the other bits fixed, (fixed after I just commuted to something that cost so much) these should of all been done before the car was sold. A few days later the windscreen was replaced at my home address then I rang VW and sent numerous emails to ask when I could come in to get the rest fixed and I’ve had no response, on top of that once it had started raining I used the wipers which also needed replacing. Not happy with the car that was sold to me because of how much I committed to it and for everything that needed doing to no response, it was so supposed to be a happy experience and has just made me hate the car. It was like once I was sold the car it became not their problem, just so grateful the sun was shining on the windscreen for the crack to be show.

My car was booked in for service and MOT. The car was not serviced and this wasn’t explained to me until pickup at 5.30. The service team were very apologetic but still meant I had taken an uneccessary day off work
