The experience at Think Ford Wokingham was great because the sales person Matthew Booth took the time to make a video presentation of the care i was interested in. After this a viewing appointment was made at my convenience. This was followed by a test drive and a decision to buy the car. All options involved with buying a used car were presented to me reasonably clearly. However, one point i would make is that most of the documentation is presented electronically and required making a signature on a computer screen with the mouse. For myself this was not an issue but for someone less technically inclined, might have been an issue. Overall though a positive experience and very happy with my purchase. Thank you Matthew and the team at Think Ford.

I also changed my mind on the vehicle I first saw and changed to another and it was not a problem. Overall a great dealership if your looking for a car or a commercial vehicle. Emma was first rate!
