I had no intention of changing my Kia Ceed until ULEZ made it necessary as we were perfectly happy with it, and having had it for 12 years intended to keep it until we gave up driving. After visiting several different main dealers, including three other kia ones we found that Group 1 Kia Coulsdon had the vehicle model we were looking for at a suitable price. It was freshing to deal with Zee who answered all the many particular questions we had about features, buttons, knobs, equipment etc of the vehicle and it was even more refreshing when we asked one question and he readily admitted not knowing the answer but went and found the answer for us. I have found many salesman not quite so ready to admit to not knowing an answer and rather than finding out they prevaricate. There were a few minor hicups during the purchase but I think that Zee always did his best to resolve these. Hopefully I won't be shopping for a vehicle again any time soon but I would be happy to return to Kia Coulsdon to have a look if I have to do so.

He spent time finding out about me, what I needed and listened, offering good advice. I was given time to look at different cars and time to test drive them. He was patient and kind as I was quite concerned about buying a new car following an accident and write off of my old car. I am so pleased with my purchase. My car is like my office and as an NHS essential car user I spend half the day in my car. I am very pleased that I have chosen Kia Coulsdon.
