I'd recommend Group 1 Kia Maidstone to anyone because initially I had not intended to replace my car, however due to an accident I needed a replacement ASAP.The sale consultant was very understanding and catered to all of my needs, finding me a car that was suitable. I was a little unsure about conformation of RAC cover that was included in the sale but the young sales executive could not have been more helpful and ensured that everything was in place which I confirmed with RAC. I feel the the customer service she gave was exeptional and nothing was too much trouble.I did did not feel pressurised into buying a vehicle and felt that the consultant was genuinely there to help and advise, I also feel that should there be any problem in the future I could return to the dealership and they would be there to help.
