These terms and conditions apply to the £30 Uber Eats monthly voucher offer ("Promotion") provided by Group 1 Retail Ltd to eligible customers. 

Offer Details 

Eligible customers can claim a £30 Uber Eats voucher each month for 12 consecutive months when making a qualifying Volkswagen purchase during the promotional period 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, subject to the terms outlined below. 

Eligibility 

Be a resident of the UK. 

Retail customers only. Excludes business users, leasing customers, Motability customers, Group 1 Retail Ltd employees, dealers, agents, and anyone else connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion. 

Purchase a qualifying Volkswagen vehicle between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2026 from participating Group 1 Volkswagen dealerships. 

The vehicle must be delivered and registered by 31 January 2027. 

Be the registered keeper of the vehicle. 

Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle. 

The Uber Eats reward can only be claimed after the vehicle has been delivered and registered in the customer's name. 

Uber Eats Voucher Redemption 

Qualifying customers will receive a dedicated reward email within 10 working days of the end of the promotional period (by 15 January 2027). 

The reward email will contain a unique code and a link to the reward site group1vwreward.co.uk, enabling customers to claim their first £30 Uber Eats voucher no later than 28 February 2027. 

Customers can then return to group1vwreward.co.uk from the start of the following month (a new month starts on the 1st of each month from 5:00am) and use their unique code again to claim the next £30 Uber Eats voucher. 

Customers must repeat this process for a further 10 consecutive months to claim all 12 vouchers. 

Failure to claim a £30 Uber Eats voucher during any month of the consecutive 12-month claim period will result in forfeiture of that month's voucher. No vouchers can be issued retrospectively after the end of the relevant month. 

Additional Information 

Only one Uber Eats reward will be issued per vehicle purchase. 

Each successfully claimed £30 Uber Eats voucher can be added as credit to an Uber Eats account (new customers will be required to register) and redeemed against orders placed via the Uber Eats app or website for part or full payment of goods, excluding the purchase of alcohol. 

Each successfully claimed £30 Uber Eats voucher will be valid for a minimum of three months from the date of claim. 

Uber Eats vouchers are valid for UK households only. 

Only one £30 Uber Eats voucher can be used against a single order. Multiple £30 vouchers cannot be combined for a single transaction. 

Each successfully claimed voucher will appear separately in the Uber Eats account wallet once added. 

The Promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen vouchers. 

£30 Uber Eats vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 

Uber Eats vouchers have no cash value and are not for sale or resale. Cash value: £0.00001. 

The Promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality of products, availability of dishes, restaurants, or service levels available through Uber Eats. Delivery and restaurant availability should be checked directly via the Uber Eats app. 

Service fees, delivery fees and tips may be covered where the value of the voucher exceeds the total order amount. The offer is non-transferable and subject to change or cancellation.

General 

Group 1 Retail Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice. 

If you cancel or withdraw from the purchase of your qualifying Volkswagen vehicle, you will forfeit this Uber Eats offer. If you have already successfully claimed a voucher, your voucher and unique code may be cancelled. 

Group 1 Retail Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that prevent you from receiving or redeeming Uber Eats vouchers. Participants are required to have internet access. 

By participating in this Promotion, the details you provide online via the dedicated reward site will be processed by our intermediary, Grace & Courage Ltd, for the purpose of issuing the £30 Uber Eats vouchers. 

The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, or terminate the Promotion early; and/or replace the Promotion with a similar or lower-value offer (as determined by the Promoter) where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. 

If the Promoter exercises these rights, it will endeavour to provide an alternative offer on similar terms. 

Any person participating in this Promotion is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. 

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special, consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. 

For the avoidance of doubt, Uber Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees ("Uber") shall have no liability in connection with participation in this Promotion or any reward awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By participating, you acknowledge that Group 1 Retail Ltd is the sole promoter of this Promotion and that Uber has not sponsored, endorsed, or administered it. 

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or connected with them.
