Warranty & Roadside Assistance: 12 months’ cover applies to vehicles up to 3 years old. Vehicles aged 3–6 years receive a minimum of 6 months’ cover. MOT Cover: Valid for up to 12 months depending on the age of the vehicle. Underwritten by Bspoke Underwriting on behalf of Watford Insurance Company Europe Limited and administered by Lawshield UK Limited. Claims are subject to a £10 excess and a maximum repair limit of £750.

**No Quibble Exchange Policy: Only available at the Van Centre supplying the original vehicle. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when collected, having covered no more than 1,000 miles since purchase. Any additional balance on an exchanged vehicle must be paid by the customer. Under 3 years old: Must be returned within 30 days. Over 3 years old: Must be returned within 7 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Courtesy Van Hire Subject to availability and only provided if your vehicle is at a Volkswagen Van Centre for more than 24 hours for a valid warranty repair. Coverage is typically capped at £100 per day for a maximum of three days.

5-Day Drive Away Insurance: Subject to eligibility and standard Volkswagen Insurance underwriting criteria. Only available on used vehicles up to 10 years old.

Electric Vehicle Battery Health Certificate: Available for all fully electric and plug-in hybrid models. The certificate verifies the current battery capacity and health at the point of sale.
