I’d only gone in to browse. I’d had an E Class diesel from new and would NEVER go full electric. A few days later I drove out in a full electric EQS. This was largely due to the sales technique and personality of Sadia. Great service and I enjoyed the haggle. The handover was really well done including the “big reveal”. Sadia made sure that the car was set up with my personal profile and to my spec. Brilliant Sadia, thank you.

Just like to say a Massive Thank You to Kinewyn at Mercedes Benz Derby. My Daughter just purchased a CLA from there and Kinewyn gave us such amazing support during the process. There was no “push to buy”, the car just sold itself. The vehicle is used, but I can honestly say, that it looks like it’s just come out of the factory - really nicely prepared. The handover was a nice revealing experience for my Daughter, which I’m sure she’ll remember for a long while. The vehicle controls and functions were clearly explained before leaving. This was my Daughters first “Dealership” experience of a new vehicle and I’m sure she’ll be back there for a replacement when she wants a new one. Thanks again for everything.

I recently purchased a Mercades A-Class from Mercades-Benz of Derby and sales representative David was amazing from start to finish. He was very friendly, approachable and honest which is exactly what I wanted throughout the process. I also liked how he wasn’t pushy like some car sales people can be. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I booked my vehicle into Mercedes due to ongoing coolant loss, and concerns that the charged cooler was faulty. I was told the initial diagnosis was free, but after inspection I was advised to have a vacuum bleed, which cost £347.50. I was also told the car was not roadworthy, and that they could only move it around their own site. However, when I collected the car and tested it myself, the original problem remained. The vehicle is still losing coolant and has since developed white smoke from the exhaust, leaving it in a worse condition than when I brought it in. When I raised this with the dealer and asked about a refund or credit towards resolving the original fault, I was told to bring the car back despite earlier comments about it not being roadworthy. I paid £347.50 and left with the same problem plus additional concerns. I am very disappointed with the service.
