Excellent service all the way through the process

Very professional and friendly service

Company car service and MOT - the communication prior to the visit was sufficient in quantity and informative in value, on the day I opted to drop and go, but as I was also collecting a loan car it kind of defeated the object. (Worth noting for the future)
I was asked if I wanted my car cleaning, and while they did a fairly decent job both inside and out, I am glad if was free and not a paid valet, as they did miss bits and didn't wipe it down very well leaving watermarks all over the car - but I can't complain as it was better than when it arrived.
I loved the AMG loan car was a nice treat, and certainly put a smile on my face - it's just a shame I had hot air blown at me all day no matter what I selected and especially in 31 degC heat outside - thankfully it had a sunroof so I looked like a proper boy racer. It would be nice occasionally if dealers looked after the loan cars as this also sells new cars.
Other than the couple of minor niggles, I was happy with the constant communication, friendliness and availability of staff, length of time taken and work undertaken.
Definitely recommend to friends, family and work colleagues.

All was first class regarding everything just as it should be.
Check in / out was fuss free and my requirements were dealt with efficiently and fully.
Overall a very pleasant experience and thank you.
