I honestly couldn’t recommend Mercedes Benz of Derby enough! I recently purchased my GLA and had such a lovely experience from start to finish, especially thanks to Kinewyn. I usually find car shopping quite stressful, but Kinewyn made the whole process so much easier. She took the time to really listen to me and understand what I was looking for, and her knowledge was fantastic. She was so friendly, approachable and helpful throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I never felt pressured into anything, which made such a difference, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. It’s lovely to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to understand your needs and make sure you’re happy with everything. A huge thank you to Kinewyn for making what can be a stressful experience such a positive one. Excellent Customer Service I recently swapped my pick-up for an A-Class at Meredes of Derby. Their service was excellent. Finding me a time to suit my schedule - allocating plenty of time to look at the cars and then able to source the car I wanted easily. The benefits of a good network! She guided me through the entire process, answered every question I had and always made sure I understood everything. She kept in regular contact with me via email, and whenever I needed to speak to her over the phone, she was always happy to help and went above and beyond. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and also my first time buying a car of this value, so naturally I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. Sadia made everything so straightforward and comfortable for me. What I particularly appreciated was that I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. She simply listened, understood what I was looking for and helped me in the right way. The handover and unveiling of the car at the end was such a memorable experience. Before I left, Sadia took the time to go through the car with me and explain how everything worked, making sure I was comfortable and knew how to use all the features. I genuinely expected a high level of service from Mercedes, and Sadia absolutely delivered that. I am 100% satisfied with both my car and the service I received. She is a real credit to Mercedes. I would honestly give Sadia 10/10 and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes.
