Been to a few Mercedes workshop but this one outdone every aspect from start to finish very professional, and genuinely cared about getting the details right & Olivia my service adviser was on top of it Attention to details and care was above and beyond I can put faith in bringing my car again Thanks Guys

At Mercedes-Benz Hertford you are in good hands! First impressions count and, I’m impressed with a warm smile I was greeted on my arrival! A genuine welcome, plus I was offered a coffee, as per my preference! I had a conundrum with my Mercedes that needed special attention. Upon my arrival at Mercedes-Benz Hertford my car was promptly assessed as with a follow up with a Mercedes representative who provided a detailed evaluation, estimation and detailed course of actions of what I was to expect happening with my car. All Staff you come across are very pleasant, courteous and attentive, but I have to highlight Ash P.: then you know you are in Great Hands! Once, my Mercedes S had a very particular AC issue. Within 2 minutes of meeting Ash (for the 1st time), and of me describing the issue with my car, Ash advanced a detailed pre-diagnostic of what ended up to be the fault. Then, he gave me a full picture of the costs, length of the repair work, etc… concise and clear with the explanations! I’m impressed with his knowledge and how Experienced he is. He was very thorough throughout the whole experience and Excelled with the after-care Service by making sure I was Satisfied with the repair and that all was in proper working order. 5* Stars Service!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hertford from start to finish. Callum was especially helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and staying in contact every step of the way. He was always happy to answer any questions I had and made the entire experience feel straightforward and stress-free. What I appreciated most was that Callum never made me feel pressured into anything. He was patient, understanding and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car for me. A bit of a mix feeling about this dealership. The staff are nice and helpful. I took two cars here for a service and the first car was perfect, no problems at all. I had a service and health check video, etc. The service on the second car was not good, the garage was very busy and I received no health check video? The main concern was that I found the coolant cap off the reservoir and unscrewed, this could of caused the car to over heat and break down. I also found that my window needed resetting as it wasn't working properly, this was fine before the service? After paying over £500 per year for a service plan this isn't great and from a main dealer. I would of given this review a one star, but the staff were great and fixed the issues without delay. I still shouldn't need to check my car after a service?

Great service and very professionnal advice from Richard Harrison, not just looking to sell a vehicle but get us into one that matches our needs and our budget.
