What a disappointment, you want to buy a 70k GLS and they treat you like …….., never ever this Merc Stevenage again, they only love your money, not interested in anything else, I don’t want to mention any names, but please stay away from this dealership. DON’T LISTEN TO THEIR SWEET WORDS, YOU WILL CRY LATER.

I’ve used Mercedez dealership over 10 years in Bedford ,they were excellent as they have closed. I took my car to Stevage Mercedes showroomExtremely disappointed with my experience at this Mercedes garage. I paid for a software update that was never properly addressed, and the communication throughout the process was non-existent. To make matters worse, I was charged £150 for AdBlue, which is significantly overpriced. Despite returning multiple times to have the issues resolved, the staff failed to follow up as promised and seemed completely uninformed about the status of my vehicle whenever they did finally call the person from Mercedes did not have a clue.Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere I will not recommend that Mercedes Benz.
