We walked into Mercedes without an appointment, probably looking like we did not belong in the showroom asking to take cars out for a drive.
Bobby was very helpful, sharing info on cars and allowing us to take a coupe for a drive.
Having given us time to do further research and continuing to check in with me, occasionally and without a pressured salesman approach we were able to conclude on the correct car.
He the guided us through the process and was there for any questions we had.
Superb service from Bobby end to end.

I called 3 times in advance to arrange a test drive whilst I waited for my car to get serviced. Was told someone will call back on each occassion, but no one did. Come the day of service (was told to arrive at 8am), no salesman available for at least an hour.No follow up to rearrange a test drive, no apologies...I think customers deserve better don't you think?

When I arrived to leave my car for repair I meet the two people who were to do the repair and was pleased for the advise they give.
They said it would take two days for the repair. Scot rang up to say the car was ready to be pick up. I was very pleased with service I received.

must compliment Scott who after some considerable pushing resolved the issue of my MoT cancellation due to the malfunctioning of the RBT.
I was unable to rebook the MoT before the expiration of the current certificate, so the service and MoT were completed on the original booked date.
It was disappointing that the reception girls had no knowledge of the cancellation of MoT's, and I had to become irate before there was a satisfactory conclusion, well done Scott for keeping calm

Called just to see what cars were in was greeted by Emily Hodson who was excellent and very professional and knew all about the a180 I decided to look at took the car for a test drive and looked it Emily did her best to get me a good deal on my part exchange her attitude was fantastic and the main reason I bought the car nothing was to much trouble

After an impromptu visit to the showroom on Friday afternoon , it was literally love at first sight with the pre owned GLC 300e
I arranged for a test drive for the next morning. On arrival we were met by Jack (Clarke)
The test went well and Jack had pulled together some figures ready on our return. Deal was done and we arranged a date to collect the car a few days later
As i was at work, arrangements were made for someone to meet me at the local train station to get me to the showroom.
All round great experience , Jack kept me up to date with all the finance arrangements- he even calmed my nerves after some last minute questions.
Finally got to tick owning a Mercedes off my to do list.

I didn’t send my vehicle to yourself it was through my insurance. Despite me telling your colleagues this 3times I was still bombarded with telephone calls and email about repairs and contacted about making payments.
