We visited the Cheshire Oaks branch in search of a GLC. After an initial walk around viewing the cars on site we were greeted by Emily. Dealing with Emily was an absolute breath of fresh air, there was no hard sales push which can be off putting. Emily made the whole buying process informative and friendly ensuring we covered all aspects during the sale and handover. All other members of staff were friendly and all made the effort to talk to us, we were even remembered when we went back to do the handover of the new car which was a nice personal touch. Thank you for the positive experience and especially to Emily.

Overall a great experience the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially from Emily Hodson. She truly made the experience of buying a specific car such as the AMG C43 saloon an easy and enjoyable process from searching for the car with great features that tailored to my needs to then ordering it so I can get a test drive within a few days to then end up owning the car by the end of the week was truly a smooth process. Emily also explained everything about the car and the financials behind it in a concise and straightforward way. I felt reassured as a customer. Thank you Emily.

Just wanted to leave a quick review with a particular mention to Dave Sherwood at Mercedes Cheshire Oaks. I'd originally booked a test drive with another salesperson but it was really busy when we arrived. Dave made sure we weren't kept waiting and took over getting the car ready for the test drive. I decided to buy the car and Dave went through all the documents quickly, explaining everything. He didn't try to sell me all sorts of packages as some dealers do! He was really helpful and friendly. Dave kept me updated on how the prep was progressing before handover. On the day of handover everything went well. Later I noticed an issue with the key blade being missing so contacted Dave who sorted this out for me, getting a new blade sent in the post straight away even though he was on leave. Thanks Dave, great service, you're a credit to the company!
