I'd endorse Barons BMW Borehamwood somewhat reluctantly because they are very local and presented well. Prior to purchase the service is excellent. The service since agreeing to purchase the vehicle has been a different experience. I was sped through the paperwork process on the basis of getting the vehicle faster but i am yet to receive my vehicle a week later. It has been subject to a recall which i appreciate happens but this should have been checked before agreeing to sell me the car (and taking my money). I also receive very few updates as to the status of the vehicle, having to call and send chase emails in the hope of getting an update. I expected my first experience with BMW to be a better one for a brand seen as premium.
