The experience at Beadles Volkswagen Colchester was fantastic because all the staff we dealt with from the moment we stepped in to the showroom couldn't do enough to make the new purchase enjoyable. Particularly the salesman Bashir who was absolutely charming in his manner with no pressure to buy and a very thorough explanation of the purchase process. He was very honest in explaining that some extra items such as GAP insurance was unnecessary and not sensible to purchase. Very well done to all the staff at Beadles Colchester.
