1. Do you have specialist people who can help?

3. What happens at my appointment with a Motability Specialist?
Our Motability Specialists, many of which have been selling through the scheme for many many years, undergo disability awareness training, so they're trained to help you whatever your needs. Firstly, once settled with a cup of tea or coffee, you’ll be taken through the scheme and explained as to how it all works, with no pressure to commit to a purchase.
4. What if I don't know anything about cars?
Our Motability Specialists have in-depth knowledge about our products and are constantly updated on any new features and technologies available. We can guide you through the different Ford models available, and depending on your needs or disabilities, match the perfect model to suit.
5. How will I take a test drive?
Depending on your needs, our Motability Specialists can arrange test drives to suit your requirements. Simply call us with these and we’ll arrange and set up everything you need.
6. What if I can't get to a dealership?
Then we’ll happily arrange a home visit if you're unable to visit us. Simply contact the Motability Specialist at your nearest Think Ford dealership and tell them about your needs.
7. How do I order a car on the Motability scheme through Think Ford?
Quite simply, we will organise all the application and paperwork needed to order your Motability car. If you require further information about eligibility, then speak to your local Think Ford Motability Specialist who can advise.
8. What if I need a car to be adapted?
We’ve got it covered! Our Motability Specialists will organise for any adaptations to be fitted to suit your needs. On collection of your vehicle, we'll talk you through all the car's features in order that you feel comfortable and at ease before driving your car away.
9. What happens throughout the Motability scheme?
You'll receive a Motability car for three years. During that time, we'll look after you with ongoing assistance in terms of servicing such as organising a collection and delivery service if you require it. We'll also contact you towards the end of your 3 year contract when it's time to renew to discuss your options.
